• If you are trying to drop those last 10 pounds or even trying to put on muscle for the next sports season, remember that most of your loss/gains will come from the kitchen.  Getting the proper amounts of nutrients/calories is what matters the most.

  • Avoid eating a large meal before sleeping to decrease gastroesophageal reflux and weight gain.

  • Snacks are OK in moderation and should consist of items like fruit, whole grains, or nuts to satisfy hunger and not cause excessive weight.
